Overview

1. What One Click Labs Is. We provide non-custodial tools that let you interact with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols. Everything runs on public blockchains; we never hold your private keys or crypto.
2. High Risk, No Guarantees. DeFi is experimental. Smart-contract bugs, market crashes, oracle errors, governance votes, or admin-key actions at any integrated protocol can wipe out part or all of your assets. Rewards and APYs shown in the app are estimates, not promises. Nothing here is insured or backed by any government.
3. Who May Use the Site
   • You must be at least 18 (or the legal age where you live).
   • You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any sanctioned or otherwise prohibited jurisdiction.
   • We may require KYC/AML checks and can suspend access if laws demand it.
4. Your Responsibilities
   • Keep your wallet credentials safe; if you lose control of your keys, we cannot recover your funds.
   • Pay all blockchain gas fees, protocol fees, and any taxes that apply.
   • Make sure DeFi activities are legal where you live; we don’t provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
5. Special Risks of the Yield Aggregator
   • Strategies may call several smart contracts in sequence; if any step fails, funds can be stuck or the trade can revert while you still pay gas.
   • Farming often involves liquidity pools—expect possible impermanent loss and fast-moving token prices.
   • Extra gas fees, slippage, withdrawal delays, and oracle/data-feed errors are possible.
6. Prohibited Conduct. No hacking, fraud, money-laundering, market manipulation, spam, or use by sanctioned persons. Don’t introduce malware or interfere with other users.
7. Disclaimers & Liability Limits. The site and all code are provided “as is,” with no warranties. We (and our contributors) are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages and cap direct liability at US $100.
8. Dispute Resolution. Any dispute must be arbitrated individually under London Court of International Arbitration rules—no jury trials or class actions. You have one year to bring a claim.
9. Indemnification. You agree to cover any losses we suffer because of your breach of the Terms or misuse of the platform.
10. Changes & Force Majeure. We can update the platform or these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes. We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g., hacks, network outages, natural disasters).
