💼 Role Overview

We’re looking for a BD lead who can scale both sides of our ecosystem — protocols and distribution partners — and architect go-to-market strategies that convert TVL, attract incentives, and build durable partnerships.

This is a high-impact role at the meta-layer of DeFi. You’ll help us grow from 40+ protocol partners and $500M in allocator network into the default infra layer used by wallets, bots, and social apps.

🔍 Responsibilities

• Drive protocol onboarding: vault listings, incentive campaigns, co-marketing, and tracking integrations
• Build and manage partner pipelines across DeFi protocols, Telegram bots, wallets, and allocators
• Shape GTM and monetization frameworks for SDK/API partners
• Represent OneClick at global crypto conferences, Telegram communities, and deal rooms
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and growth to drive ecosystem flywheel
• Own BD metrics across activation, retention, and revenue from listed protocols and integrated apps
